Hop Harvest 2011
Almost ready to harvest my hops this year, probably few weeks away. Harvesting Hallertauer, US Goldings and Horizon.
I expect over 10lb of fresh hops. Here are some photos.
No big deal on the AA. I did a hop tea and compared with few commercial brands to have a few for my AA level. Besides, after brewing few times, you know how much to use.
Hot damn those look great!
ReplyDeleteWhat a sweet looking hop garden!
ReplyDeleteWow, that is a lot of hops! How do you plan on using them without knowing the AA?
