Just tasted this beer after just over 2 weeks bottle conditioned and it taste AWESOME!This is the best light and refreshing summer beer I have brewed so far. The lime taste is perfectly balanced.
Pretty much no head retention, caused by the oils from the lime zest I guess, but what the hell.
